I anticipated a furnace replacement and was all studied up. It failed right before Christmas. Fogg HVAC came recommended by Duke Energy as a preferred contractor and Angi recommended it. Fogg HVAC was one of the several contractors I called. Stanley was the first to respond and gave me a simple, no-nonsense, and complete quote that I instantly accepted. Called for service at 7:30 this morning (a Saturday), tech was here as promised at 8:30, the problem was located, and he was gone by 9:15. I Can’t beat that. It will definitely be my go-to again… the same problem was fixed this past summer (blown fuse) but the root cause was not – Fogg tech found the cause and fixed that too.

Completely impressed with the level of service and care shown. I called them at close to 5 pm yesterday because my heat had stopped working. They were at my house at 8:45 this morning and quickly diagnosed the immediate cause. They also pointed out potential issues and gave me very informed opinions and quotes to match possible options. I elected to replace the entire HVAC unit. After some quick discussions, the ball was in motion, and by 3 pm, a new unit was installed and my house had heat again. Very professional and it’s a relief to feel like a maintenance company was more interested in taking care of the needs of the customer than simply selling or fixing something. I was extremely pleased with the entire process and would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service during the hottest week of the year. Stanley and his staff replaced my entire A/C system and had me up and running in less than 24 hours. We were expecting house guests the following day and Stanley assured me things would be completed and working properly in time for our guests. Very reasonably priced considering the circumstances.
