PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE FOR ANY UNITS MORE THAN THREE PLEASE CONTACT OUR OFFICE
Preventive Maintenance Contracts are used to service Heating and Air Conditioning systems which include checking and cleaning units, checking motor bearings, checking electrical components, checking operations, flushing drains, and checking Freon. Maintenance services must be scheduled in advance for the upcoming season. In order to properly maintain your system and support the longevity of the system, these services must be done in the time frame provided. Prolonging these services will result in the default of your maintenance contract with Fogg HVAC, Inc. The deadline for preventive services for Air Conditioning is May 31st and for Heating Systems is November 30th .
Please use the information provided to properly utilize this preventive maintenance contract for your systems. Adjustments will be made for additional units. All repairs are discounted at 10% for all preventive maintenance contract customers. This contract does not include any additional parts, filters, etc. however, they can be purchased for an additional cost.
This contract is a legal agreement between both parties. The contract may not be dissolved unless both parties are in agreement. All contracts must be paid in full plus taxes with check, cash, or credit card. The contract is valid for one year and must be renewed each year.
