Payments: Memberships are prepaid annually at the choosing and signing of the agreement through our secure billing software. Members are responsible for keeping a valid card for memberships on file. In order for memberships to continue with their renewal, customers must update their payment expiration date of their payment method. Memberships are renewed automatically annually after the final services. Should a member wish to cancel their renewal, customers must cancel before their annual renewal agreement membership begins.
If memberships are not canceled early where services have been received, customers will be charged the cost of the used services.
